SUPRISE on the Hill!

We do love to surprise our kids and so when we got an invitation to an awards ceremony in Fayetteville that Ryan didn't know anything about...we didn't say a word! It was a beautiful day to get the kids out of school a little early, dress nicely, then head up to UofA to surprise him at the end of the year ROTC award ceremony.

We're blessed that our boy wants to see us, wants to know and love his younger siblings and is not too proud to hug and love on us all when he sees us.

He received the Reserve Officers Association Award. The commander who presented it to him said lots of nice things about his leadership and character...but I didn't get all that...because we had no idea it was going to be his.
